Post 10, English Language Challenges

Hi readers Today is the last blog, so like every last time in almost everything, you have to do a count about the experience. Learning english in college has been important to me, because even when I considerer myself good at this, there's things that you forget with the years as the impossibility of practice often, and I think that practice is the most important thing when you want to learn a new language. The use of blogs is an interesting tool, because is the opportunity of develop our thoughts and try to write with some sense of drafting, put in order the ideas and find the right words without go around like when we talk, on the other hand, allows to practice our grammar skills. I believe that I need to improve my grammar, because many times don't know how to write a word, it's not a big problem and the solution I think is just practice, maybe I could buy some books in english to read in the summer, so besides to help in this aspect, I could improve my rea...

Post 8: Changes to my Study Programme

Hi everyone ! Today is the turn of a special topic, because is the opportunity to talk about everything we believe must be change in our art school.  First to all, in my particular case as a Theory and Art History student, I think the problems start with the study programme, because don't allow the choice between Aesthetics and Art History, for the first courses I believe is fine learn about both, but when you decide your interest field, the other turns very boring, and you feel your learning is stuck. Then in my opinion, we have other problem in direct relationship with the above, which is the subjects of the different courses, much of them based in foreign studies and not in locals, this is very important to understand as a problem because we are not developing new knowledge based in our latin american reality, just repeating the north american or european way.
